Ms. Nordgren advises a broad range of clients with respect to complex cross-border structured finance transactions in Africa, the Middle East, Russia/CIS, Asia and Latin America. She has advised clients on projects in more than sixty countries. Her clients include corporations, funds, microfinance institutions, and financial service companies doing business with international finance institutions including OPIC, IFC and EBRD. Ms. Nordgren also advises clients on political risk insurance and has extensive experience with OPIC insurance contracts, claim settlements and recoveries, bilateral investment treaties and international arbitration.
